Led by renowned pianist and Hammond B-3 organist, Bruce Katz, The Bruce Katz Band plays original, mostly instrumental music that is full of blues spirit drawing heavily from New Orleans R&B, "soul-jazz" and boogie-woogie.
Bruce was a professor at Berklee College of Music for 14 years from 1996 to 2010. In addition to performing Bruce also conducts Master Classes in Hammond B3 and Blues History classes which he has done at various music festivals worldwide.
